Refurbino is an independent technical service company specializing in support for many brands. We are not affiliated with any brand unless mentioned otherwise.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: Most hardware and software products are covered under manufacturer's warranty during the initial period of use. If your product is under the manufacturer warranty then the support may be available for free.
REMOTE ACCESS TO COMPUTER: We do not access any of your personal files and folders and you are always the primary controller and we are he secondary controllers of the computer during a remote session.
THIRD-PARTY DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE: Refurbino when necessary use third-party software for diagnosing and fixing the problem. The software tools used are from leading companies such as Microsoft (e.g Microsoft Security Essentials) or AVG (AVG Tune up) etc. Some of these third-party tools available for free that you can obtain directly from these sites. REFURBINO does not charge anything from customer for these softwares.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: The customer satisfaction metric based on an online servey where all of our users are given the option of completing the survey at the end of each repair session or through the feedback emails that they send. Not all users complete this online survey or send the feedback email. This metric is not based on a third-party audit by a market research firm specializing in customer satisfaction tracking studies. As such this metric may not be statistically accurate measurement of Refurbino's customer satisfaction.
